RocketVault vs Card Dealer Pro.
Card Dealer Pro is a strong fit for dealers running a desktop scanner with a Windows-first workflow. RocketVault is a fit for sellers who want a cloud-native, mobile-friendly system with AI lot building, grading ROI math, and stale-listing refresh — and a free tier to start.
Solo sellers and growing shops who want to manage everything from a browser or phone, with AI lot suggestions and a 7-day full-access trial.
Established dealers who already invested in a desktop scanner stack and want Windows-first listing software with templates and custom fields.
How RocketVault and Card Dealer Pro stack up.
What you actually pay.
Pick RocketVault when…
- You want one free tier you can use forever, not a hard 7-day cliff.
- You want a conversational AI (Vault Agent) that can answer questions about your inventory, P&L, and what to do next.
- You sell mostly on eBay and want AI lot suggestions, grading ROI math, and stale-listing refresh tools built in.
- You scan from your phone, not a desktop scanner.
- You prefer transparent pricing tiers tied to inventory size, not seller volume.
Stay with Card Dealer Pro when…
- You list across eBay, Shopify, CollX, and Whatnot today and need all four from day one.
- You already own a high-end desktop scanner (e.g., ScanSnap SV600) and a Windows workflow you don't want to change.
- You want a vendor focused exclusively on dealer-grade desktop tooling.
Questions about switching.
Can I migrate my inventory from Card Dealer Pro to RocketVault?
Not via a one-click import today — RocketVault doesn't have an inventory CSV import flow yet (CSV export is supported on Collector+, but import is on the roadmap, not shipped). The current migration path is to re-scan with RocketVault's AI scanner; for bulk inventories, contact us and we can help work through it.
Does RocketVault publish to Shopify, CollX, or Whatnot?
eBay is supported today. Additional marketplaces are on the roadmap. If you publish across multiple channels right now, Card Dealer Pro covers more out of the box.
How does the free trial compare?
Both offer a 7-day trial of paid features. RocketVault also has a permanent Free tier capped at 100 cards — no credit card required.
