1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RocketVault's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

RocketVault provides a platform for sports card collectors and sellers to scan, catalog, price, and list their cards. Our services include AI-powered card recognition, pricing estimates, and marketplace integrations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious content or code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
• Interfere with other users' access to the service

5. Pricing and Payments

RocketVault product access has no subscription fee. RocketVault Marketplace listings are free; when an item sells, the seller fee shown for the order applies to the transaction. eBay sales remain subject to eBay's own fees. Any older RocketVault subscription cancellation or unused-time refund is handled through the service that originally billed it.

Every RocketVault account created before October 1, 2026, at midnight Eastern receives 0% in RocketVault seller fees on orders placed during the shared launch offer, running from October 1 at 10 a.m. Eastern through October 31, 2026, at 10 a.m. Eastern. This includes accounts with fewer than 50 cards or no cards yet. The order date decides whether the offer applies; a later payment or refund does not extend it. Shipping, tax, and eBay fees are separate.

6. Card Pricing Disclaimer

Card valuations provided by RocketVault are estimates based on available market data and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any pricing information. Actual sale prices may vary significantly based on condition, market conditions, and other factors.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms like eBay. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

The RocketVault platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your card images and collection data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
