FOR · EBAY · SELLERS

The sports card listing software eBay sellers reach for.

Stop bouncing between scan apps, spreadsheets, pricing sites, and eBay. RocketVault is the inventory operator built around the eBay listing pipeline — scan a card, get a price, publish a listing, refresh it when it goes stale, and never list one card at a time again.

AI-generated listings

Title, category, photos, and description pre-filled from the card data. Edit any field before publishing, or trust the defaults and bulk-publish.

Bulk publish to eBay

Push hundreds of cards live in one run, with attention chips skipping anything that needs verification first.

Two-way eBay sync

Sold, ended, and revised statuses sync back into RocketVault. Edit a live listing from RocketVault and the change pushes to eBay — keeping watchers and item ID intact.

Stale-listing refresh

Bulk-refresh stale listings (soft or hard) so they re-enter eBay search. Daily caps scale by tier (10 → 500 per day).

HOW · IT · WORKS

From inventory to listings, in order.

  1. 01

    Connect eBay

OAuth-connect your existing eBay seller account in under a minute. No password is shared.

  2. 02

    Scan or upload your inventory

Single cards from your phone or a ZIP of hundreds. RocketVault identifies, prices, and prepares listings.

  3. 03

    Review the attention queue

Chips inline on the Available tab flag cards needing verification — confirm with Quick Edit and they promote to Ready.

  4. 04

    Publish, refresh, repeat

Bulk-publish what's ready. Schedule listing refreshes for anything stale. Watch results in the dashboard.

FAQ

Questions sellers ask.

Do I need a separate eBay seller account?

Yes — you connect your existing eBay seller account via OAuth. RocketVault never sees your password, and you can revoke access at any time from eBay.

Can I bulk-publish without re-reviewing each card?

Yes. Cards flagged with attention chips are skipped by default; everything else publishes in one run. You can opt in to publishing flagged cards with one checkbox.

What happens to listings that don't sell?

Use the stale-listing refresh tools to either revise the listing (soft refresh) or end + relist it (hard refresh, Pro+). Either re-surfaces it in eBay search.
