Account & Access Setup
Manage your account details, review universal access and seller fees, and customize your settings.
Overview
Your RocketVault account includes your account details, universal product access, seller-fee information, and all platform settings. This guide covers how to manage each one.
From the sign-in page, choose Create one to open account registration. If you already have an account, choose Sign in below the registration form to return. Both links support touch and keyboard navigation, including on narrow phone screens.
Account creation, sign-in, password recovery, and email verification stay clear of product tours and release popups. Workspace setup and What's New resume when you enter the app, including when you follow a signup link with an existing session.
Managing Your Account
Your name, email, password, and account controls live at Settings β Account under You.

Open Settings β Account
Click Settings in the sidebar, then Account under the You section.

Edit Your Information
You can update:
- Display name
- Phone number
- Password (if you signed up with email/password)
Your email address is shown but read-only. If you sign in with Google, update it through your Google account. For other sign-in methods, contact support for help changing the address.
Step 03
Email verification
If you signed up with email/password, you'll see a verification banner until you confirm your address. Hit Resend verification email if you didn't get the original message.
Step 04
Delete Account (optional)
The Delete Account section at the bottom of the Account panel lets you permanently remove your RocketVault account and associated data. This action is irreversible.
Universal Access
RocketVault has one product-access model:

Eligible sellers can save unlimited private RocketVault Marketplace drafts before payout or shipping setup. Complete seller setup when you are ready to publish. Anyone can browse Marketplace without an account; checkout availability is shown there, and buying supports U.S. buyers and sellers only. Each account can create or relist up to 100 eBay listings per day through RocketVault. RocketVault charges nothing for eBay listings or eBay sales; eBay's own fees still apply. Sellers can also book a free 20-minute founder onboarding for help connecting eBay and publishing the first listing.
Reviewing Access and Fees
Open Settings β Access & Fees to see what is included, your eBay daily-listing usage, and the RocketVault Marketplace fee schedule. An older subscription record never controls product access.
Settings
Open Settings from the sidebar. The page is grouped into sections:

- Account β display name, email, password, phone number, and account deletion
- Access & Fees β universal product access, eBay daily-listing usage, and RocketVault Marketplace fee details
Connections
- eBay Connection β connect/disconnect your eBay seller account, see token health, set marketplace defaults (listing format, shipping/payment/return policies), and configure sync cadence
Selling defaults
- Pricing β auto-pricing on upload, pricing source preferences (RocketVault Pricing vs. eBay comps), high-value threshold
- Listing β default listing format (fixed price vs. auction), title generation style, description template
- Naming β front/back suffixes and separator for auto-pairing images on bulk upload (defaults:
_F/_B), with a live filename preview - Lots β defaults for the AI Lot Generator
Notifications
- Daily briefing β one switch for the daily briefing and the weekly briefing email
Advanced
- Review triggers β confidence thresholds and rules for which cards land on the attention queue (autographs, parallels, high value, etc.)
Retired subscriptions
RocketVault no longer sells subscriptions or paid feature tiers. An older subscription cancellation or unused-time refund is handled through the service that originally billed it and does not remove features.
