Account & Subscription Setup
Manage your account details, choose a subscription plan, configure billing, and customize your settings.
Overview
Your RocketVault account includes your account details, subscription plan, and all platform settings. This guide covers how to manage each one.
Managing Your Account
Your name, email, and password live at Settings → Account (under the You section). There's no separate Profile page anymore — if you had /profile bookmarked, it redirects to Settings → Account.
Step 01
Open Settings → Account
Click Settings in the sidebar, then Account under the You section.
Step 02
Edit Your Information
You can update:
- Display name
- Phone number
- Password (if you signed up with email/password)
Your email address is shown but read-only — it's managed by your authentication provider (Firebase). To change the email associated with your account, you'll need to update it in your Google account (if you use Google sign-in) or contact support.
Step 03
Email verification
If you signed up with email/password, you'll see a verification banner until you confirm your address. Hit Resend verification email if you didn't get the original message.
Step 04
Delete Account (optional)
The Delete Account section at the bottom of the Account panel lets you permanently remove your RocketVault account and associated data. This action is irreversible.
Subscription Plans
RocketVault offers 5 subscription tiers:

Every new signup gets 14 days of full Enterprise access automatically — no credit card, no coupon code. After 14 days, your account moves to the Free plan (100 cards, kept forever). Paid plans get 20% off when billed annually. For full details, see Plans & Pricing.
Changing Plans
Step 01
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
Click Settings in the sidebar, then open Plan & Billing under the You section.
Step 02
View Current Plan
You'll see your current plan, usage, and billing cycle. Click Change Plan to see all available plans.
Step 03
Select New Plan
Choose the plan you'd like to switch to. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Note
When downgrading, if your card count exceeds the new plan's limit, you'll need to archive or delete cards to fit within the new limit. You won't lose access to existing cards immediately, but a deadline will be set.
Settings
Open Settings from the sidebar. The page is grouped into sections:
You
- Account — display name, email, password, phone number, and account deletion
- Plan & Billing — current plan, payment method, billing history, cancel flow, and the branding toggle (Pro+)
Connections
- eBay Connection — connect/disconnect your eBay seller account, see token health, set marketplace defaults (listing format, shipping/payment/return policies), and configure sync cadence
Selling defaults
- Pricing — auto-pricing on upload, pricing source preferences (RocketVault Pricing vs. eBay comps), high-value threshold
- Listing — default listing format (fixed price vs. auction), title generation style, description template
- Naming — front/back suffixes and separator for auto-pairing images on bulk upload (defaults:
_F/_B), with a live filename preview - Lots — defaults for the AI Lot Generator
Notifications
- Daily briefing — one switch for the daily briefing and the weekly briefing email
Advanced
- Review triggers — confidence thresholds and rules for which cards land on the attention queue (autographs, parallels, high value, etc.)
Cancellation
Canceling your subscription keeps your account active until the end of the billing period. After that, you'll lose access to features above the free tier. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe.
