What is RocketVault?

RocketVault is an AI-powered sports card management platform that helps you scan, identify, price, organize, and sell your cards. It's built for both individual collectors and high-volume resellers.

Is there a free trial?

There is no trial cutoff. Every account receives the complete currently supported RocketVault toolkit at $0, with no credit card required and up to 100,000 active cards.

What sports are supported?

RocketVault supports cards from all major sports: baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, and more. The RocketVault catalog covers millions of cards across every major manufacturer.

Does RocketVault work on mobile?

Yes — RocketVault works as a web application on any modern mobile browser. You can capture card photos directly from your phone camera. Recent mobile-parity work added pull-to-refresh, scroll restoration, sticky CTAs, and bottom-sheet dialogs across the app.

Cards & Identification

How does RocketAI identify cards?

RocketVault reads text, logos, and visual patterns on your card images, then matches against the RocketVault catalog to identify the exact card — year, set, number, and parallel.

How long does card identification take?

Typically 10–30 seconds per card. Image batches and web ZIP uploads process in parallel for faster overall throughput. Installed mobile apps use image uploads rather than ZIP upload.

What if RocketAI identifies a card incorrectly?

Cards the AI is unsure about carry an orange Needs Attention chip on the Available tab — click it to fix flagged fields in Quick Edit. You can also edit any card's details manually from the card detail page. Your corrections feed back into matching quality, and scheduled enrichment can refine supported card data over time.

Does card data improve over time?

Yes. RocketVault's enrichment pipeline can refine descriptions, verify identifications, and discover new variant information as supported data sources improve.

Can I upload graded cards (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC)?

Yes. Upload photos of graded cards — RocketAI identifies the card inside the slab. You can manually add grade and certification details.

What image quality do I need?

At least 800×600 pixels with clear, readable text. Avoid blurry photos, heavy glare, or extreme angles. Front + back images produce the best results.

Pricing

Where do prices come from?

Prices come from RocketVault Pricing, which tracks real market values from actual sales. For cards not in the primary catalog, RocketVault falls back to eBay sales data.

How accurate are the prices?

Prices reflect current market conditions based on real sales data. They're estimates, not guarantees — actual selling prices depend on condition, buyer demand, and listing quality.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. The market price is a starting point. Override on any individual listing or set a manual price on any card.

How often are prices updated?

The pricing catalog is updated continuously. You can refresh individual card prices any time, or run Bulk Refresh Pricing from the Cards page to update many cards at once.

eBay Integration

How does eBay listing work?

RocketVault connects to your eBay seller account via OAuth. You can create, publish, and manage eBay listings directly from RocketVault. RocketAI generates optimized titles and descriptions.

Is my eBay account safe?

Yes. RocketVault uses eBay's official OAuth 2.0 integration. We never see or store your eBay password. You can revoke access from your eBay account settings or from the Disconnect button under Settings → Connections in RocketVault.

Can I list on other marketplaces?

Yes. A Vault card can be listed on RocketVault Marketplace, eBay, or both. RocketVault Marketplace has the lower seller fee, while eBay remains available when you want its audience. Existing members can prepare RocketVault private drafts before payout or shipping setup. Anyone can browse publicly; guest checkout availability is shown on the storefront, and offers require an account.

Do I need an eBay seller account?

Yes. You need an active eBay seller account with business policies configured (shipping, payment, returns) and a shipping-from location set. The eBay Connection panel under Settings → Connections lists the full prerequisites.

How do I keep stale listings active without manually relisting?

Use the Refresh action — the Refresh tab on the Cards page, the bulk toolbar, and the banner on a listing's detail view all open the same dialog. A soft refresh updates the live listing in place (a refreshed title, missing item details, and an optional price drop), so watchers, views, and the eBay item ID are all preserved. Every account can run up to 500 refresh actions per day. See Refresh Stale Listings for details.

What's the difference between soft refresh and hard refresh?

Both are styles you pick inside the same Refresh dialog. Soft refresh updates the listing in place — eBay item ID, watchers, and views are preserved. eBay's algorithm rewards in-place revisions. Hard refresh ends the item and relists it as a new eBay item — search placement resets, but so do watchers and views. Use hard refresh when a soft refresh hasn't moved the needle. Every account can use hard refresh, up to 50 actions per day within the overall refresh allowance.

Cards Page

Where did the separate Listings page go?

It's now the Active tab on the Cards page. The Cards page is the single hub for inventory across the full pipeline — Available, Needs Attention, Active, Sold, Ended.

Where did Needs Review go?

It's the Needs Attention chip on the Available tab. Click the chip to filter to cards that need a quick fix.

What does the Consolidate Duplicates button do?

Merges duplicate scans of the same physical card after you review the exact cards side by side. The full-inventory action scans for clean duplicate groups; Mark for merge opens the exact reviewed pair. The retained quantity stays unchanged for a same-physical-card pair, and any marketplace history or workflow link blocks deletion. For another real copy, choose Keep both and manage quantity intentionally. Duplicate consolidation is included for every account.

Why is Bulk Publish greyed out?

A guard blocks bulk publish until cards meet baseline requirements (price, image, identification fields). The banner above the action bar lists what's missing on which cards. Use Quick Edit on the orange attention chip to fix.

Market Signals

Can I track cards I'm interested in?

Use the Wishlist under Vault to track cards you want to acquire — every entry has a one-click eBay search built from year + player + set + card number + parallel.

Grading

What is the Grading Assistant?

The Grading Assistant pulls live PSA 9 and PSA 10 comps for any card you select, subtracts grading + selling fees, and shows you the net dollars at each grade outcome. No predicted grade — just the math at both endpoints. It is included for every account. See the Grading Assistant guide.

Why doesn't the Grading Assistant predict a grade?

Grading is a coin flip even on visually clean cards. A "predicted PSA 10" that comes back as a PSA 9 is worse than no number at all. The Assistant gives both endpoints (PSA 9 net, PSA 10 net) plus the four pillar sub-scores (centering / corners / edges / surface) so you can apply your own judgement.

Access & Older Billing Records

What does RocketVault cost?

The complete currently supported product is $0, with up to 100,000 active cards. RocketVault Marketplace has no listing fee and charges a seller fee only after a sale. See Access & Marketplace Pricing or the Pricing page.

What's included?

AI identification, RocketVault Pricing, image and ZIP batches, the full dashboard, collections, tags, CSV export, grading, lots, intelligence, automations, eBay import and publishing, and Marketplace tools are included. RocketVault Marketplace supports U.S. buyers and U.S. sellers only. Public browsing needs no account. When checkout is available, buyers can pay as guests. Making an offer requires a RocketVault account.

What happens when I hit my card limit?

Existing cards stay accessible, but you cannot add another active card after reaching 100,000. Archive or delete a card to make room.

Can I export my data?

Yes. CSV export is included for every account and does not depend on an older subscription record.

How does AI lot suggestion work?

AI Smart Builder is the second option in the New Lot dialog. RocketAI scans your AVAILABLE inventory and proposes lots, each with a name, card list, suggested discount, and draft description. Filter by strategy (Player / Team / Year / Type / All) and sport, or write a custom prompt. Accept, edit, or reject each suggestion individually, or bulk-create everything you've accepted. What if I still have an older subscription?

It can remain in billing history while a cancellation or unused-time refund is finished through the service that originally billed it. It does not remove product access, archive cards, end listings, or disable export.

Who gets the 0% Marketplace launch offer?

Every RocketVault account created before October 1, 2026, at midnight Eastern, including accounts with fewer than 50 cards or no cards yet. Those members pay 0% in RocketVault seller fees on orders placed during the shared 30-day launch offer. Shipping, sales tax, and eBay fees remain separate.

Data & Privacy

Is my data safe?

RocketVault uses encrypted connections, access controls, limited production access, monitoring, and the security protections provided by its hosting and payment partners. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, who receives it, how long we keep it, and how to request deletion.

Can I export my data?

Yes — export your card inventory and listings as CSV from the Cards page. Export is included for every account.

Can I delete my account?

Contact us to request account deletion. RocketVault removes account data within 30 days, except order, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal records that must be kept for a limited purpose. See the Privacy Policy for details.
