Getting Started with RocketVault
Set up your account, explore the dashboard, and learn the basics of the RocketVault sports card platform.
Welcome to RocketVault
RocketVault is the all-in-one platform for sports card collectors and sellers. Whether you're managing a personal collection or running a resale business, RocketVault helps you scan, price, organize, and sell your cards faster than ever.
Want to buy first? Browse RocketVault Marketplace without signing in. The storefront shows whether checkout is available. When it is, check out as a guest and create an account later to add the purchase to your Vault, collect cards, publish listings, or connect eBay. See Buying Cards on Marketplace.
Creating Your Account
Step 01
Open RocketVault
Go to app.rocketvault.io, or download RocketVault on the Apple App Store for iPhone or iPad. Every account gets the complete app free, with no credit card and no trial cutoff.
Step 02
Sign Up
Sign up with email and password, or use Continue with Google for one-click setup. We use Firebase Authentication, so your password is never stored on our servers.
Step 03
Verify Your Email
If you signed up with email/password, check your inbox for a verification link. Email verification helps secure your account and unlocks all features.
Step 04
Choose a Plan
Every RocketVault account includes the complete app for free: eBay publishing and import, intelligence, grading, lots, reports, and automations. Marketplace supports U.S. buyers and U.S. sellers. You do not need an account to browse or use guest checkout when it is available; an account is needed to collect or sell. There is no trial conversion, paid tier, or recurring product charge. Step 05
Explore the Dashboard
After signing in, you'll land on your Command Center β your home base in RocketVault. New accounts see a Get set up to sell checklist with four steps: upload your first cards, review what the AI found, set up where you sell, and publish your first listing. When Seller Marketplace is enabled for your account, save the default shipping origin RocketVault will reuse for Marketplace shipments and complete seller verification; otherwise, connect eBay. When you publish, choose from the destinations enabled for your account: RocketVault Marketplace, eBay, or both. Each step completes automatically as your account reaches that state, and the checklist disappears once you've finished (you can also dismiss it).
Understanding the Dashboard
The Dashboard surfaces the work that's queued up for you and the live state of your portfolio:
- Actions Queue β Cards that need attention, ready to publish, sell-now signals, and price drops
- KPI Band β Portfolio value, unrealized P&L, active listings, and 30-day sales
- Value distribution β Sport exposure across your book
- Inventory pipeline β Ingested β Ready β Listed β Sold counts
- Refresh activity and Event log β Recent listing refreshes and dashboard alerts

Navigating the App
The Command Center button sits at the top of the sidebar. Below that, the sidebar is organized into two groups:

| Marketplace | Browse fixed-price cards, compare asking prices with RocketVault Pricing, and choose Buy or Make Offer when Seller Marketplace is enabled for your account |
| Selling | Prepare Marketplace listings and manage offers, orders, shipping, balance, and payouts when those actions are available to you |
| Research β Browse Sets | Walk the RocketVault card database (millions of cards) |
| Research β Search Cards | Search the catalog directly |
| Research β Grading | ROI-aware grading recommendations, included for every account |
| Settings | Configure your account, eBay connection, selling defaults, and billing |
A status indicator at the bottom of the sidebar shows live eBay sync state. The All Cards entry carries a small badge with the number of items ready to publish right now.
Mobile Friendly
On mobile, Marketplace-enabled accounts use Vault, Marketplace, a center Camera action, Issues, and More. Accounts without access keep Command instead of Marketplace. Camera lets you add cards you own or check a card's price. Selling is grouped with Marketplace under More. Marketplace search, offers, listing review, orders, payouts, and support reviews all fit phone screens, and Publish stays above the bottom navigation. See the Mobile Guide for details.

Note
RocketVault works best when you photograph both the front and back of each card. This gives RocketAI the most information to accurately identify your cards.
Start clean; review only exceptions
For a multi-card or ZIP upload, RocketVault shows photo-quality findings and gives you a front/back pairing check before you finish the batch. If an image is blurry, cropped, poorly lit, missing its mate, or paired with the wrong side, the batch review points to that card so you can retake or confirm only the affected scan. Complete the batch when you are happy with the approved and resolved cards; those cards then appear in your inventory together.
