Marketplace Buyer Credits

See the credit before you pay

When a RocketVault Marketplace buyer credit is available for your account, the checkout shows the card subtotal, RocketVault credit, shipping, tax, and your final amount due before you continue to payment. RocketVault pays the credit. The seller's agreed sale price and proceeds do not change.

RocketVault's planned standing first-purchase offer is 10% off card prices, up to $25, for any member making their first paid Marketplace purchase. Members who signed up before launch qualify if they have never paid for a Marketplace order. The first-purchase offer is intended to continue beyond the launch week. It starts only when RocketVault enables it for public buying; your checkout shows whether it is available for your order. Marketplace buying is limited to U.S. buyers and sellers.

The credit applies to card prices, including an accepted offer price. Shipping and sales tax are separate, and tax is calculated on the discounted card amount. There is no coupon to enter and no balance to spend on a later order.

If you leave checkout or receive a refund

An unpaid checkout temporarily holds its credit while payment can still complete. If the payment service confirms that checkout expired or failed, the credit can be used on another eligible order. A completed paid order uses the first-purchase offer, even if that order is later refunded. A refund can return only the amount you paid, including any shipping and tax returned under the order's refund terms.

RocketVault may offer other one-use credits in the future. If one applies, the exact amount and final total appear at checkout. Credits do not stack on the same order.
