Overview
RocketVault offers five subscription tiers — from casual collectors trying things out to high-volume dealers running a full business. Every new signup gets 14 days of full Enterprise access automatically — no credit card, no coupon code required. When your trial ends, your account moves to the Free tier (100 cards, kept forever) and you can pick the plan that fits.

Signup Trial
Every new signup gets 14 days of full Enterprise access automatically — no credit card, no coupon code required:
- Full access to every feature across all tiers (Enterprise-level capabilities) for 14 days.
- When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free tier (100 cards, kept forever). Nothing to cancel.
- Have a vendor referral code? Enter it during registration to extend your trial beyond the default 14 days (codes stack additively, capped at 90 days total).
Powered by RocketVault Branding Discount
Add a small "Powered by RocketVault.io" mark to your eBay listing images and descriptions and earn a recurring discount: $5/mo off Seller or $10/mo off Pro. Toggle it on the Plan & Billing panel. Disabling stops the discount at the end of your current billing period.
Changing Plans
Step 01
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
Click Settings in the sidebar, then Plan & Billing under the You section. Or deep-link to /settings?tab=billing.
Step 02
Pick a new plan in the comparison grid
You'll see your current plan and usage at the top, then a grid with all five tiers and in-app upgrade/downgrade buttons.
Step 03
Confirm and pay
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading
When downgrading, if your card count exceeds the new plan's limit, you'll need to archive or delete cards (or buy a card-slot pack) to fit. You won't lose access immediately, but a deadline will be set.
Subscribing in the iOS App
In the RocketVault iOS app, subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase:
- Open Settings → Plan & Billing in the app.
- Pick a plan and billing interval (monthly or annual) — prices are shown in your local App Store currency.
- Confirm the purchase with Face ID / Touch ID. Your plan activates within a few seconds.
Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically. Manage, change, or cancel them anytime from your App Store account settings (the app's billing screen has a Manage in App Store shortcut). If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the plan screen.
If you already subscribed on the web, the iOS app simply reflects that plan — nothing to buy twice. A subscription works everywhere you use RocketVault, no matter where you purchased it.
Common Questions
Can I switch plans mid-cycle? Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at cycle end.
What happens to my data if I cancel? Your account stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, you drop to the Free tier. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Do you offer refunds? Refunds within the first 7 days of a new subscription. Contact us.
What payment methods are accepted? All major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
